Quarill: Our guild was established at the beginning of march 2008.

Quarill: At this moment we have 53 level 70 members, As we are not for a long time on the server we are still in the process of recruiting new members. People are joining, some of them stay, some of them not. We are looking forward to the end of the recruiting phase though :)

Quarill: It was a very, very long night. We gathered up all of the people with whom we wanted to create the guild ( it was around 20 people at that time I think), met in Ironforge and started inventing names. As u can imagine we had 1000 ideas per minute, and because there were 20 people there we couldn't decide on one. After 5 hours of "brainstorm" and arguing over different names we picked 3 or 4 names we liked the most. One of them was "Whispers of Torment", the other one "Avatars" and in the end we landed with "Avatars of Torment" :).

Quarill: I think our goal is to create a raiding guild without resigning from a bit of community or social attachments.

Quarill: We are looking for mature, friendly, pve oriented people who are not afraid to wipe on new bosses and can feel the joy of killing them in the end. Members have to be more or less active (we raid 4 times a week, demand 50% of attendance per month).

Quarill: Is anyone able to keep his guild drama-free? Impossible. Thank god we have some females in the guild who are there to talk and listen when someone has a problem. If not working, we send our GM to yell at ppl and we've got peace and quiet again.

Quarill: Definitely I'd take Martini, a tank of sunscreen (come on, it was a huge boat) and sunglasses.

Quarill: Our goal is to see high end PVE content, kill all of the bosses and then go for a fiesta!

Quarill: My favorite in game moment in the guild is when no one is online and I'm not receiving nay whispers :). Beside that I think the most satisfying is the moment when we kill a boss that we were wiping on for a long time. Those screams and laughter on vent = priceless :).

Quarill: Give more high -end instance to deal with!! And take our GM to a desert island!

Quarill: Best part is when you kill new boss and u feel the pride that you managed to drive yourself and other people ot this point, that the thing you created and are putting a lot of effort into works and gives you satisfaction. The worst part is the fact that you do not have a moment of peace and quiet in the game - the moment you log in you start receiving whispers, whispers, whispers.....
